MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Hi, I’m Amanda! Yoga has been a part of my life since I was 18, and over the years,
it has become more than just a practice—it’s a way of living. I completed my 200-
hour yoga teacher training under Lisa Anne at Y6 and hold Yoga Alliance
certifications in Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Chakra Yoga, and Ayurvedic Medicine. My
teaching style is rooted in balance, mindfulness, and self-discovery, and I love
incorporating Ayurvedic principles into my classes. Some of my favorite poses
include Forward Fold for its grounding energy, Wheel for its heart-opening
strength, and Dancer for its grace and playfulness.

Beyond yoga, I’m an animal and nature lover, a vegetarian, and a humanitarian at
heart. My practice fuels my activism by deepening my connection to the world
around me, cultivating compassion, and inspiring me to advocate for a kinder, more
conscious way of living. Travel is also a big passion of mine, and I’ve set a goal to
practice yoga in all 50 states—so far, I’ve checked three off the list! I believe in
creating a welcoming space for everyone, whether you're here to build strength, find
stillness, or simply breathe a little deeper. I can’t wait to share this journey with you!
